Cases for Leica M cameras

  • Fits the Leica M2, M3, M4, M6, and M7, and the M6 reissue, along with the current MP and M-A.

  • One of my favorite body and lens pairings is the Leica M3 with the Summaron 35mm lens — the one with the unique Leica goggles. One of the reasons I began making leather cases was because I couldn’t find a case for that combination. So I decided to make one. For details, click the image, to read more.

  • You can choose either Brown, Mahogany, or Black for your case. Brown and Mahogany cases have black Edge Trim and white stitching. The black cases have black stitching.

My favourite camera and lens combination is the M3 paired with the Summaron f2.8 35mm wide angle lens. Because the M3 doesn’t have frame lines for the 35 lens, Leica engineers designed these special goggles to reduce the magnification of the view finder, allowing the 50mm frame lines to capture the image of a 35 mm lens. The result is something that gives the camera a definite Steampunk vibe that I love! And so why not make a case for it!!

When out photographing the city at night, what better lens that an f/0.95 monster like the one on this M6. And what better way to protect it than this modern stylish case with double walled veg-tanned leather. It will fit larger lenses like the 90mm f4 Elmar or M-Rokkor. Not to mention f/0.95 Noctilux or this TTArtisan.

For most lenses, this case, the classic looking ever-ready case will handle most lenses that you might put on your Leica, like this 50mm Summicron.
